Lisa Richter is poet, writer, lifelong storyteller, workshop facilitator, and teacher. Based in Toronto, she has also lived in Montreal, Vancouver and Tel Aviv. Her poetry and non-fiction have been featured in both journals and anthologies, including Minola Review, The Puritan, The Malahat Review, Literary Review of Canada, and The Toronto Quarterly. Her chapbook, Intertextual, was published by Pooka Press in 2010. In 2015, her suite of poems, “Where the Old Road Begins, was longlisted for the CBC Poetry Prize. Her first full-length collection, Closer to Where We Beganis now available from Tightrope Books.
